SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days, unless a pre-order timeframe is stated on the product page.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied by their country.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return courier charges incurred.

Please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs processing in your country.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Some items on our store may be offered as pre-orders. This means the item is currently in production and will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page.

Pre-order shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production, logistics, or customs delays.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may be shipped once all items are ready.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production timeframe.

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
